We are a Community of Families
We believe one of the greatest strengths of Our Lady of Mount Carmel School is our community.
Each and every parent, child, grandparent, and sibling plays a large role in everyday school life. From volunteering on the play yard, chairing a vital fund raising event, helping in the classroom, being a room parent, or coaching a sports team, we could not do it without the help of our parents.
Our parents sure seem to have fun interacting with the school. Many of our parents are alumni and now send their children to Mount Carmel.
If you are new to Mount Carmel, we welcome you. If you are a returning Padre enrolling your first child, welcome home.

FACTS Online Tuition Management
Families who choose to make their tuition payments in ten or twelve monthly installments do this through a program called FACTS, where tuition is automatically debited from your account.
All families choosing monthly installments must go online and set up their own account with FACTS Tuition Management Program.
If you have any questions about FACTS, please contact Beth Keelan directly at 366-2238
Shield the Vulnerable
Shield the Vulnerable a program dedicated to raising the awareness and prevention of the mistreatment of the vulnerable by training young people and adults about abuse, neglect, predators, bullying, boundaries, respect, and the perils of cyberspace. This training is required by the Archdiocese of San Francisco for all of its employees and volunteers. Since OLMC requires all parents to volunteer as a part of our Contributed Service Hours program, all parents must complete the training every three years. Important - When it asks, register as a VOLUNTEER, not a parent, and select the course titled "Protect Children". In addition, you will also need to authorize a background check. Start here.
School Lunch Program
You have the option to pre-order and pay online for your child’s Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday lunches. Our new lunch provider is School Foodies. They offer a large variety of hot and cold entrees made fresh daily. Add snacks, dessert and a drink, if you wish. Entrees can be customized - make them gluten-free or dairy-free; add extra veggies; breads and pastas can be swapped out for whole grains and white rice can be swapped for brown.
On Fridays, we offer our popular Friday Pizza Lunch, sponsored each week by a different class. Each child brings their money for Friday Pizza Lunch with them on that day (cash or check made out to OLMC School). For $3.00, you get a slice of cheese or pepperoni pizza, a drink and dessert. Extra slices of pizza are $1.00 each and are available only if you have first purchased a full meal. The money earned from Friday Pizza Lunch goes into the sponsoring class’s Class Fund and is used for field trips, science camps and other special events or projects. Class Funds follow a class from Kindergarten through eighth grade.
